About
Maple Health UK Ltd is a complex of residential care homes based in Colchester, Essex. We aim to provide specialised support for adults from the age of 18 and above who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities and additional complex needs.
Our Philosophy is to provide person centred care to meet the needs of the individuals who reside within the service and to provide a safe environment that they can call home.
We support clients within all aspects of day to day living.
All clients are supported to be active participants in the planning and implementation of their care and treatment, promoting independence by giving them the relevant access to outside services if and when needed.

COMFORTBALE MODERN LIVING
At Maple Health Ltd we provide a comfortable and homely environment where out residents can feel safe and relaxed. Each resident has their own spacious bedroom and en suite, which they can personalise and decorate as they wish. We also have communal areas, such as lounge, dining room, and kitchen and garden, where residents can socialise together.
PERSON CENTRED CARE PLANS
At Maple Health Ltd, we understand that each individual has unique needs and preferences. We create personalised care plans for each of our residents, based on their needs, strengths, interests and goals. We work closely with them, their families and other professionals to ensure that their care plan reflects their wishes and supports their well-being
ACTIVITIES & OPPORTUNITIES
At Maple Health Ltd we offer, encourage and support our residents to develop their life skills, social skills and independence through taking part in a wide range of activities that enables.
